WHO: Carlos Santana and the Hotel Triton

WHAT: To celebrate the 2000 Grammy Awards, held tonight, San
     Francisco's popular Hotel Triton hosts a series of all-day events
     to applaud Bay Area 10-time Grammy Award nominee, Carlos Santana.

          Hotel Triton will be decorated with three signature Michael
          Rios Carlos Santana banners.

          Carlos Santana music playing throughout the lobby and on the
          street in front of the hotel.

          Michael Rios, creator of Santana's familiar shirts, banners
          and concert stage sets, will be at the hotel to
          autograph and sell his work from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

          Santana Suite-Stakes winner, Heather Haworth, from Oakland,
          Calif., will stay in the Carlos Santana Designer Suite
          tonight to celebrate Carlos Santana and the Grammy
          Awards.

          The  Santana Grammy Whammy all-inclusive hotel package is
          available for purchase from now until March 31, 2000.
