WHAT:   What can be done to improve San Diego's traffic
        congestion? Developers, business leaders, transportation
        experts and elected officials will debate this tough
        challenge and possible solutions to an issue that affects
        our mood, quality of life, the ability to transport goods,
        and business productivity.

WHO:    The San Diego Association of Governments, Automobile
        Club of Southern California, San Diego Regional Chamber of
        Commerce, Associated General Contractors of America, and
        the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation
        are hosting the transportation summit.

WHEN:   Tuesday, Dec. 9, 10:45 a.m.

        Press availability for the forum speakers will be held at
        10:45 a.m. in front of a traffic-filled backdrop overlooking
        Highway 163 and the Hazard Center trolley stop.

        Luncheon forum will begin at noon.

WHERE:  Forum is at the Doubletree Hotel, 7450 Hazard Center Drive.

        Press event is at the dead end of Hazard Center Drive (dirt
        parking lot overlooking Highway 163, near the Hazard Center
        trolley stop).
