EVENT: The Salvation Army is hosting the 11th Annual Hope Fore
Kids Golf Classic. This day of fun, food and golf will
send local youths to a week-long summer camp. Proceeds
also benefit year-round Salvation Army youth programs
and services in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Golfers will compete for great prizes including the
              hole-in-one prize - a 2004 Mercedes Benz -- and enjoy a
boxed lunch and complimentary refreshments. All
participants are invited to a silent auction, dinner and
              awards ceremony following the tournament.

Last year, the Salvation Army touched the lives of
thousands of young people throughout the Greater
              Philadelphia area.
Through the Salvation Army's Corps Community centers,
nearly 700,000 children participated in youth
activities, including the Salvation Army's music
education program. More than 2,000 local children took
part in the Salvation Army's summer overnight camp
program, while nearly 16,000 children attended summer
              day camp.
