EVENT:      The Salvation Army of Greater Philadelphia and more than
            200 volunteers will serve a special holiday luncheon
            restaurant style to more than 350 homeless or hungry
            citizens.

            Chef Phillip Pinkney of The Restaurant School along with
            other faculty and students will prepare the holiday feast.
            The meal will consist of soup, salad, choice of entree,
            either oven-fried chicken with mashed potatoes and collard
            greens, or baked ham and macaroni and cheese, biscuits and
            dessert. Live music and entertainment will also be
            provided for the holiday guests.

DATE/TIME:  Sunday, December 8, 2002
            3:00 p.m.
