WHO:           John Gott, president and CEO of SLS International
               (OTCBB:SITI).

WHAT:          Has accepted an invitation to appear on "Into Tomorrow
               with Dave Graveline" nationally syndicated consumer
               technology radio program.

               John Gott will be one of the program's telephone guests
               during the three-hour show, and discuss with host, Dave
               Graveline, the Home Theater market as well as SLS'
               patent-pending ribbon-driver loudspeakers. The
               program's theme is entitled "Audio and Video@Home."

               "Into Tomorrow with Dave Graveline" is a weekly
               listener interactive network radio show covering the
               latest in consumer electronics and technology for the
               past six years. The live program is syndicated in 80
               radio stations across the U.S. as well as on XM
               Satellite radio, C/Net Radio and the Armed Forces Radio
               Network.

WHEN:          John Gott is scheduled to be interviewed live on
               Sunday, March 3, 2002 from 3:40 - 3:50 p.m. EST.  The
               show airs nationally from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. EST.
