EVENT: The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will present
    disaster loan checks to local small businesses who sustained
    losses from the September 11th tragedy. SBA Administrator Hector
    V. Barreto will be joined by Governor George E. Pataki and
    JPMorgan Chase CEO, William B. Harrison, Jr. Also invited to
    attend the event were Mayor Rudolph W. Guiliani, Senator Clinton,
    Senator Schumer, and all New York City district congressional
    members.

WHEN: Friday, September 28 at 11:00 a.m.

WHERE: 270 Park Avenue, 49th floor, New York City

WHY: The US. Small Business Administration Federal Disaster Loan
    Program is providing relief to local businesses, nonprofit
    organizations, homeowners and renters affected by the disaster.
    Businesses are a significant aspect of the New York economy and
    the assistance provided by this program will accelerate a healthy
    recovery for the New York business community. As a long-time
    supporter and leader in the New York SBA program, JPMorgan Chase
    is pleased to host this important SBA event.

    At  Chase Small Business Financial Services, our commitment to
    small businesses is greater than ever. Chase wants small business
    owners, both customers and non-customers, to know that we stand
    behind them as they begin to rebuild. Key initiatives include:
    Chase Small Business Recovery Center, Chase's Small Business
