Rodel, Inc., the market leader in consumable systems and processes for chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) of semiconductor devices, semiconductor substrates and memory devices, today announced it is hosting a dedication ceremony and facility tour to celebrate the opening of its new Materials Integration Center in Phoenix. The event will be held at the company's headquarters -- 3804 E. Watkins Street -- on Wednesday, September 27, beginning at 4:00 p.m.

The formal dedication program will start at approximately 5:45 p.m. Rodel President and CEO Tony Khouri, Director of Advanced Process Technology Dr. Robert Rhoades and Vice President and General Manager of CMP Mario Stanghellini will open the program. Remarks on the state of the industry will also be given by Cahners In-Stat Senior Semiconductor Analyst, Grant Johnson.

The Materials Integration Center is approximately 15,000 square feet. A full array of systems from top-tier semiconductor equipment manufacturers are installed to support the development of both current and future CMP applications.
