      WHO:   Prince of Laughter, David Larible; Elephant Stars, Kelly
           Ann and her "Aunt" Karen; Le Cirque 2000 owner Sirio
           Maccioni; Executive Chef Pierre Schaedelin.

      WHAT:  On a day off from performances at Madison Square Garden,
           "Clown of Clowns" David Larible and his Elephant friends do
           what all world travelers want to do when they're in New
           York - they make sure to stop by one of the city's finest
           restaurants, Le Cirque 2000, to enjoy a bite to eat! Due to
           the size of David's friends, they will all be dining "al
           fresco" in the courtyard.

             And before lunch, young elephant Kelly Ann will demonstrate
           her panache for painting by creating an original artwork,
           which will be donated to Mr. Maccioni and Le Cirque 2000.
