WHAT: Retail industry experts will discuss the back-to-school shopping
    season and offer their perspectives and analysis heading into Q4
    2002. The teleconference will build on the chain store sales
    figures that will be released that morning. The panel will explore
    the implications of current retail trends in light of the
    continued economic uncertainty and waning consumer confidence and
    will prescribe strategies for retailers to help them anticipate
    the needs of consumers.

    This 90-minute, live audiocast will be a one-stop resource for
    media and other industry participants. Note: A 30-minute Q&A will
    follow 60 minutes of panel presentations.

    Ernst & Young. Mr. Green will moderate the panel and provide an
    overview of the August chain store sales statistics.

    Ken Cassar: Senior Analyst, Jupiter Media Metrix. Mr. Cassar will
    discuss online shopping trends over the year with perspective
    heading into Q4.

    Wesley Wright, Former Senior Vice President, Wal-Mart and founding
    partner of DRS (Diversified Retail Solutions). Mr. Wright will
    offer his analysis on the back-to-school season and the overall
    retail climate.
