  WHO:     In the midst of anticipation about 3G deployments in China,
           Repeater Technologies'(Nasdaq:RPTR) Dave Bolan, vice
           president of marketing, has been invited to speak at the 3G
           Mobile China International Summit on Sept. 26 in Beijing.

  WHAT:    Bolan will spotlight the characteristics of a 3G
           network and review the role of repeaters in
           enhancing network coverage and extending the
           availability of wideband CDMA for mobile
           communications. Touching on the implications of
           geography, infrastructure and ancillary costs, Bolan
