What:         Bentley 2003 InRoads User Training Conference, sponsored
              by Bentley Civil, the company's focused organization
              providing vertical solutions for roads, rail, and site
              infrastructure.

When:         November 3-5, 2003

Where:        Scottsdale, Arizona, at The Scottsdale Plaza Resort

Audience:     Users of Bentley(R) InRoads(R) civil engineering
              software, including government departments of
              transportation and engineering consultants

Description:  This three-day event comprises training sessions,
              technical sessions, product updates, and project
              presentations. Users have the opportunity for
              face-to-face meetings with Bentley Civil's development
              team and executives. Activities hosted by Bentley will
              include a hospitality night, dinner/dance evening, and
              golf tournament. Family members are welcome.

              The cost of the conference is $400, which includes all
              meals, receptions and conference materials. Spouse and
              family fees are $100 for adults and $30 for kids from
              3-12 years, which includes meals and family activities.
