What:   Redundant Networks chief operating officer and general
        manager, Janice Fetzer will participate in the Raleigh
        Computer and Technology Tradeshow's HIPAA Pavilion speakers
        forum in Raleigh, NC on Tuesday, May 13, 2003.

        Her presentation, Data Center Solutions that Achieve HIPAA
        Compliance, will explore the benefits and necessity of
        outsourcing the tasks of offsite backup and information
        recovery to a service provider. She will cover data center
        best practices, the basics of quality controls, and provide a
        detailed list of what to look for in a service provider of
        choice.

        Redundant Networks representatives will be available at the
        conference to discuss business continuity, disaster recovery,
        and risk management as well as answer questions about
