WHO:    Agricultural industry leaders such as Agriliance, Bayer,
        BASF, Dow, DuPont, FMC, Helena, Monsanto, Pioneer, UAP,
        Syngenta, and others will converge next week for RAPID, Inc.'s
        2004 Annual Membership Conference. RAPID is a not-for-profit

WHAT:   RAPID will launch version 2.2 of the Agriculture Industry
        Identification System (AGIIS), the only online and integrated
