          non-government organizations, research universities and
          local, state and federal government entities will issue a
          significant announcement involving information sharing
          across national, state and local homeland security systems.
          A conference call with key coalition representatives will
          follow the press release.

  WHO:    The announcement has the support of more than 30 technology
          companies and government organizations. Conference call
