    WHAT: Quarterly Financial Results, Conference Call
          Quantum Corporation's DLT & Storage Systems Group (NYSE:DSS)
          will release its results for fourth quarter fiscal 2000
          ended March 31, 2000 on Tuesday, April 25, 2000 at
          approximately 1:30 p.m. PDT.

          Shortly after the press release is issued, Quantum's DLT &
          Storage Systems Group will hold a financial analyst
          conference call at 2:00 p.m. PDT. Press and industry
