         technology event in which the Company's Technology Truck
         (18-Wheeler) will be used to demonstrate how wireless voice
         and data solutions are keeping the roads safe by providing
         the capability to monitor the transport of hazardous
         materials and valuable cargo. QUALCOMM's mobile
         communications system gives drivers the ability to send an
         immediate emergency notification message and share timely and
         critical information with third parties, such as emergency
         response agencies.

         A tour of QUALCOMM's OmniTRACS Network Management Center will
         be offered after the event.
