    WHAT: The Greater New York Chapter of The Links Inc. is hosting
        its Second Annual Financial Education Conference, "What's Up
        With Money?" Charles Jenkins, a vice president with Prudential
        Financial, Inc., is one of the featured speakers at the
        conference. Jenkins also will hold a workshop on the
        importance of financial literacy and the need to learn about
        how to invest at an early age.

    WHEN: Saturday, May 3, 2003, 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

    BACKGROUND: Approximately 250 students and their parents are
        expected to attend the conference on Saturday. Prudential
