WHAT:           The hosts of the 17th Annual Next Generation Networks
                conference and Business Communications Review
                officially opened registration for the press and
                analyst communities. Starting today, accredited press
                and analysts (industry and financial) can register at
                www.ngn2003.com to attend the NGN conference,
                participate in networking seminars, visit the exhibit
                areas and have access to the press room. In addition
                to access into NGN, media and analyst representatives
                can also participate in a Sept. 23 "800 Call-In"
                discussion, hosted by David Passmore, co-chairman of
                NGN, and several high-level executives from top
                networking companies. The topic of discussion will
                focus on trends in "Wi-Fi." Call-in details to be
                provided at a later date.

WHO:            Media -- All business, trade and New England based
                media that focus on wireless, networking and security
                technologies are encouraged to register and
                participate in all NGN activities.

                Analysts -- All industry and financial analysts that
                work/consult for companies that provide services and
                products in the wireless, networking and security
                markets.

WHY:            The NGN conference focuses exclusively on elevating
                discussions around high performance networking
                solutions and will cover decisions that vendors,
                service providers and enterprise users will have to
                make 2-5 years down the road. Past NGN conferences
                have been the foundation for the establishment of
                several networking trends including frame relay, ATM
                and optical networking. This year's conference will
                highlight trends in "Wi-Fi," broadband technologies
                and emerging network security technologies.
