News Editors

ADVISORY...for Tuesday Tuesday: see week.  (March 11)

--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 7, 2003

Dominguez Family Will Speak Out Publicly for the First Time
Since Tragic Death of Their 4-Year-Old Daughter

WHAT: Humberto and Sylvia (nee Lopez) Dominguez will hold a
press conference on TUESDAY, MARCH 11, 2003 AT 11:00 AM AT
SAN FRANCISCO CITY HALL, GOODLETT PLACE STEPS to announce
the filing of legal proceedings against the City and
County of San Francisco. They will also address the issue
of why the San Francisco Police Department failed to issue
a traffic citation or warrant for the arrest of Sebastian
Garcia, who drove the Muni Railway truck that killed their
            daughter, Elizabeth Dominguez.

The Dominguez family has been in deep mourning and this
will be their first public appearance since their child's
death. They will be accompanied by their attorneys, Brian
            J. Panish and Kevin Boyle with the law firm of Greene,
Broillet, Panish & Wheeler, LLP (www.gbpwlaw.com).

            TUESDAY, MARCH 11, 2003, WOULD HAVE BEEN ELIZABETH'S 5TH
            BIRTHDAY.

BACKGROUND: On February 11, 2003, Elizabeth, age 4, was walking home
from her preschool (Buena Vista Alternative Elementary
School) along with her mother, baby brother and other
friends. They were near the intersection of 24th Street
and Potrero Avenue in San Francisco's Mission District
when a collision allegedly caused by Muni Railway truck
driver Sebastian Garcia pinned Elizabeth between the wall
of a building and the truck, killing the little girl.

Since Elizabeth's death, noticeable changes to the
intersection of 24th Street and Potrero Avenue have taken
place, including the posting of "walk, don't walk" signs,
the painting of yellow pedestrian crossing lines, and the
installing of photographic traffic enforcement equipment.
Muni Railway truck driver Sebastian Garcia has yet to be
cited by the San Francisco police for allegedly running a
red light and causing a fatal traffic accident.

WHEN: TUESDAY, MARCH 11, 2003 AT 11:00 AM

PLACE: San Francisco City Hall, Goodlett Place Steps
