WHAT:             Univest Corporation will hold a press conference to
                  announce details surrounding the 5th Annual Univest
                  Grand Prix, a one-day bicycle road race to be held
                  on Saturday, September 21. A prestigious,
                  UCI-sanctioned event for elite cyclists, the Univest
                  Grand Prix is one of six internationally ranked
                  races in the U.S.

                  240 riders, including local talent from the
                  Delaware Valley, representing 14 countries will
                  participate in the race that travels 105 miles
                  through 14 townships in Montgomery and Bucks
                  counties. Bert Dewaele, of Belgium, is the defending
                  Univest Grand Prix champion.

WHY:              Univest President and CEO William S. Aichele will be
                  on hand, along with Sparta Cycling's John Eustice
                  and select competitors, to provide information and
                  answer questions. Last year's event was cancelled
                  due to the unfortunate events of September 11.
