WHAT:    Rufus Hannah and Donald Brennan will appear at tomorrow's
         sentencing hearing in the "Bumfights" criminal case and will
         address the Court. The sentencing hearing takes place at
         3:00 PM on Friday, June 20, 2003 before Judge Charles W.
         Ervin, Department 3, in San Diego Superior Court, Criminal
         Division, 250 East Main Street, El Cajon, CA. 92020. They
         will both describe how they were harmed by defendants Ryan
         McPherson, Zachary Bubeck and Daniel J. Tanner. Defendant
         Michael Slyman was sentenced on May 16, 2003. Immediately
         after the sentencing hearing, Mr. Hannah and Mr. Brennan will
         hold a press conference on the sidewalk in front of the
         courthouse.

WHO:     Mr. Hannah and Mr. Brennan both appear in the Defendants'
         "Bum Fights: A Cause For Concern, Volume I" video and
         testified in the criminal case. They filed a civil suit in
         San Diego Superior Court on October 2, 2002  against Ryan
         McPherson, Zachary Bubeck, Daniel J. Tanner, Michael J.
         Slyman, Inkers Tattoo & Body Piercing and Indecline
         Productions, among others, for egregious acts allegedly done
         at their physical and emotional expense relative to the
         making and marketing of "Bumfights." They seek both damages
         and punitive damages. Rufus Hannah vs. Ray Leticia, et.al.,
         Case No. GIC797239.

         Rufus Hannah, age 47, served in the U.S. Army, and Donald
         Brennan, age 53, served in the U.S. Army and is a
         twice-decorated Vietnam war veteran. Both are homeless,
         residing in the County of San Diego. They are represented by
