                critical issues facing the airline industry including:
                expected business travel levels for 2002;
                current/anticipated use of technological substitutes
                to air travel, e.g. Web casting; current/expected use
                of low-fare airlines; current/expected use of
                secondary airports; and acceptance of a "Trusted
                Traveler" program.

                Some 184 major corporations and organizations
                representing $2.9 billion dollars in annual, U.S.
                domestic air transportation purchases participated in
                the survey conducted between March 26 and April 12.
