         American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)

What:    The Yale School of Management will host "A New Accounting
         Culture: An Address by Barry C. Melancon, President and CEO
         of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants."

         In his first public address since the signing of the most
         sweeping corporate and accounting reform in 70 years, Mr.
         Melancon will discuss the impact of the legislation on the
         accounting profession, the initiatives AICPA will pursue to
         strengthen investor confidence, and the lessons learned from
         recent corporate failures.
