WHAT: As a "Digital TV Zone," Portland provides residents
and visitors with many ways to learn more about
Digital TV and to experience the technology first
hand. Here is an update on activities open to the
public throughout March:
DIGITAL LANDMARKS
HDTV sets and educational information are featured
prominently at high-traffic areas throughout the
city providing residents and visitors a close-up
view of Digital TV. Portland's Digital Landmarks
are: "The Oregon History Center,"
"Portland City Hall" and "The Rose Garden Arena."
Stop by to check them out before they are gone at
the end of March!
HIGH-DEF WATCH PARTIES
Watch Parties are being planned around
High-Definition viewing events such as the NCAA
Final Four championships. Specific timing and
location details will be announced shortly.
WHEN: Digital Landmarks are live now through the end of
