WHAT:   Pixo Inc., (www.pixo.com) a leading developer of software and
        applications for wireless phones, has integrated the Pixo OS
        Platform and Pixo Internet Microbrowser into Conexant's global
        semiconductor system for GSM/GPRS mobile terminals. Together
        the companies are providing the global wireless communications
        market with the only GSM/GPRS solution complete with
        Web-enabling software.

        Conexant will be demonstrating the GSM/GPRS system at CTIA
        Wireless 2001 in booth no. 4237. Pixo also will be exhibiting
        the Pixo OS Platform and Pixo Internet Microbrowser in booth
        no. 660.
