 ITS PERSON OF THE YEAR -- Award Recognizes Powell's Commitment to Youth -- Last night, the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) named General Colin L. Powell, USA (Ret.) its Person of the Year for 2000. The award, which recognizes extraordinary efforts to encourage fitness and a healthy lifestyle as well as service to the fitness industry, was made at IHRSA's 19th annual international convention. IHRSA also launched a partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs Girls Club is a 2002 American television series created by David E. Kelley, who was also it's producer and executive producer. Only two out of a total of thirteen episodes created were broadcast on Fox Television in the United States and Global Television in Canada.  of America as the centerpiece of a national initiative to encourage American youth to exercise.
