      WHAT: Jazz artist slated to perform and sign autographs of her
        latest album Dreamsville, at City Center in Minneapolis.

      WHO: Stacey Kent is originally from New York, and has become one
        of Britain's rising jazz stars. Backed by a quartet of
        musicians, her music is well recognized and loved by many
        individuals. With such a strong fan base, Stacey Kent
        dedicated her latest album, Dreamsville, to her fans who also
        influenced the tracks featured on the album.

          Her first album, Close Your Eyes, was released in 1997 and
        became Britain's biggest selling jazz album and also CD of the
        month in Jazzwise Magazine. In 1998 she released her second
        album, The Tender Trap, which was featured on nearly every
        list of Best Albums in 1998.

          Stacey Kent's third album, Let Yourself Go, was a tribute to
        her idol Fred Astaire, and brought her even more acclaim in
        the UK and the US, and many more fans. Dreamsville was
        released in May of 2001.
