What: Multiplatinum rock band Papa Roach will appear at the
newly-opened Best Buy store in Coon Rapids to sign autographs
on Wednesday, June 19 at 7 p.m. The band's new CD released
nationwide today, lovehatetragedy, is the follow-up to their
triple-platinum Top 5 major-label debut Infest.
This is the second time in two days Papa Roach has visited a
Best Buy location. To celebrate the release of their CD, the
band will perform on the rooftop of the Best Buy store in West
LA tonight to 1,500 fans. This summer Papa Roach will share
the stage with the likes of Eminem, Ludacris, X-Ecutioners and
others in the "Anger Management Tour." On August 2, the tour
will stop in the Twin Cities at the Xcel Energy Center.
In 2000 Papa Roach receive an MTV Video Music Award for "Best
New Artist In A Video" and was nominated for Grammy Awards for
"Best New Artist and Best Short Form Music Video", for "Broken
Home".
