      WHAT: Media Play will host a preview of Lord of the Rings on
        Thursday, November 8-National Lord of the Rings Day. The
        preview will support the release of "The Lord of the Rings
        Official Movie Guide" and "The Fellowship Ring Visual
        Companion." The video preview includes exclusive background
        footage to the first Lord of the Rings film, The Fellowship
        Ring.

      WHO: The Lord of the Rings is a trilogy, which will introduce
        movie audiences to the enchanted world of the middle-earth and
        its inhabitants of men, hobbits, dwarves, and wizards. The
        first film to come from the trilogy, The Fellowship Ring, will
        bring individuals on an adventure of a lifetime.

          With the anticipated release of The Fellowship Ring not far
        away, an exclusive twenty-minute video will be shown to give a
        preview of one of the most awaited film projects of all time.
        The video will include behind the scene film footage, never
        before seen interviews, a conversation with director Peter
        Jackson and much more.

          The Fellowship Ring will be released in theatres on December
        19, 2001.
