Sometimes wishes really do come true. Lois Craig Elementary created a "wish list of needs" and The Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino employees were listening. The Venetian employees reached deep into their pockets and granted a wish list of school equipment that would make any principal's eyes light up.

 the wish list items totaling more than $10,000 and to announce the Lois Craig "Teacher of the Year." The school materials include dictionaries, encyclopedias, overhead projectors, digital cameras, software, books, and specialty backpacks.

The Lois Craig "Teacher-of-the-Year" will win a "High-Roller Holiday" compliments of The Venetian. The teacher, selected for their outstanding work with students, will be given the royal treatment normally reserved for high rollers High Rollers was an American television game show which aired on the NBC network from July 1, 1974 to June 11, 1976 and again from April 24, 1978 to June 20, 1980.
