    What: Best Buy, North America's leading specialty retailer of
        digital technology and entertainment products, will open its
        doors at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 1 to East Brunswick-area
        shoppers. The store located at 300 Route 18 in Mid State Mall,
        features a new store design highlighting techno-tainment.

        Dedicated to being a true "good neighbor", Best Buy works with
        a number of non-profit organizations that can link Best Buy
        support and resources to communities where Best Buy stores are
        located. Children and families in East Brunswick are now
        eligible to be involved in a number of Best Buy/non-profit
        relationships, including those with the United Way, Junior

        The East Brunswick store is one of approximately 67 new retail
        locations Best Buy will open across the country in 2002.
