DETAILS: PSW will celebrate the completion of the $23 million
state-of-the-art rehabilitation of its 32-year-old
Ingrams Mill Treatment Plant with a ceremony to rename
the plant after its retiring president, Morrison
Coulter. Coulter oversaw the rehabilitation project
and will retire in June 2003 following 43 years of
dedicated service to the company. The plant will be
renamed the "Morrison Coulter Treatment and Pumping
Station at Ingrams Mill."
The rehabilitation project was undertaken to enhance
water quality for residents in the West Chester area
of Chester County.
