He will be presenting in the optical networking track, discussing the state of the market, the opportunities available in RBN's market space, how RBN is addressing the needs of the market and an overview of RBN and where it currently stands as a company. Prior to joining RBN, Chambers was executive vice president and CFO/treasurer of LHS Group (now Sema Group), a global provider of operating support system software and services to the communications industry. Chambers also served as vice president for PT Excelcomindo, a provider of a national GSM cellular service. Additionally, Chambers served as executive director in the telecommunications practice, Australia for Coopers & Lybrand Consulting. Earlier work experience includes consulting with KPMG Management Consultants. RBN (Redfern Broadband Networks) is a designer and developer of optical transport and switching products for the access and metro markets.
