    Proceeds to Benefit "The Blue Revolution" Campaign of the World
  Water Rescue Foundation to Increase Public Awareness of the United
            Nations International Year of Fresh Water, 2003

WHO:    Best-loved folksinger Pete Seeger will join celebrated world
        music artist Serah and her Illuminations Tour featuring Wasis
        Diop, Grace, and musicians from the bands of Paul Simon,
        Rolling Stones, Alanis Morissette, Dire Straits, James Taylor,
        Sting, and more.

        Also joining the festivities are blues legends Guy Davis, Bill
        Simms and Bob Reid.

WHAT:   Concert is in association with the United Nations and World
        Water Rescue Foundation, which is a nonprofit foundation
        dedicated to protecting and preserving the world's water
        resources and ensuring the fundamental right of access to safe
