            Officer David Thompson will speak at roundtable discussion
            sessions at the BusinessWeek CFO+CIO Forum.

            "Corporate Governance Decision Making Best Practices"

                The corporate governance issues that dominated much of
            the business news in 2002 will have a profound impact on
            how corporations will do business in 2003 and into the
            future. Gupta will provide his outlook on the IT
            challenges surrounding this issue. Other panelists include
            senior executives from the American Institute of Certified
            Public Accountants, BearingPoint, Computer Associates
            International and Standard & Poor's.

            "Technology Performance Management: Where's the Value?"

                This session will examine the need for CFOs and CIOs
            to collaborate on managing IT costs. Speakers will provide
            their business performance strategies for IT cost
            transparency, monitoring and measuring outsourcing, and
            defining the value of technology. Thompson will address
            this issue from a CIO's perspective. Other panelists
            include senior executives from American International
            Group, SAS, BearingPoint and Mercury Interactive.
