    WHO:    Carol A. Ptak is a vice president of industry strategy for
            Industrial Manufacturing and High Technology at
            PeopleSoft. Ms. Ptak, a former president of APICS, is an
            authority on enterprise and supply chain management
            systems. She is also co-author with Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt
            of "Necessary But Not Sufficient," a book about how to
            leverage technology to improve the bottom line.

            Bob Reary is a vice president of manufacturing strategy at
            PeopleSoft and an APICS Fellow. Mr. Reary is a newly
            elected board member of the Supply Chain Council's
            SCORBoard.

            Ted Weinrich is a manager of MIS for Larson Manufacturing.
            He was instrumental in implementing PeopleSoft solutions
            to streamline Larson's supply chain operations.

    WHAT:   Ptak, Reary and Weinrich will present at two informative
            sessions on Supply Chain Management. Sessions include:

            "Larson Manufacturing Opens Doors to Process Excellence"
                Integrating business processes across the supply chain
            and throughout the enterprise is critical in sustaining
            business performance. This leading manufacturer of storm
            doors has been able to increase its operational
            performance with the help of PeopleSoft Supply Chain
            Management. Reary and Weinrich will discuss how process
            excellence can impact business and position a company as a

            "Selecting and Implementing the Right SCM Applications"
                Companies are recognizing that managing supply chains
            can be a source of tremendous cost savings and competitive
            advantage. Ptak will discuss key issues that users should
            consider in their selection of supply chain software. In
            addition, she will explore the process of assessing
            critical success factors and business process
            requirements. Ptak will also review the trends of the
            supply chain software market and provide insight on how to
            embark upon a successful SCM implementation.
