WHO:      Rainier Gonzalez, chairman and chief executive officer of
          Pacer Health Corporation (OTCBB:INFE), the Miami-based
          owner-operator of acute care hospitals, medical treatment
          centers and residential care facilities, has agreed to be
          interviewed by the Wall Street Reporter.

WHAT:     Pacer Health recently announced a management and acquisition
          agreement with Camelot Specialty Hospital of Cameron, LLC, a
          subsidiary of Revival Healthcare, Inc., to assume the
          operations of South Cameron Memorial Hospital in Louisiana.
          South Cameron Memorial Hospital is comprised of an acute
          care campus in Creole, Louisiana, and a geriatric behavioral
          health unit in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The hospital had
          net revenues exceeding $6.5 million for the 11-month period
          ending November 30, 2003. It serves the residents of
          Cameron Parish, Louisiana, where it maintains sole community
          provider status, as well as the area's several thousand oil
          and gas exploration personnel, commercial and recreational
          fishermen.

          Gonzalez will discuss Pacer Health's entry into Louisiana,
          as well as his company's acquisition-based business
          objectives for 2004. He also will discuss nationwide growth
          trends in the residential care market, and provide his
          outlook for the industry as the baby boom generation reaches
          its senior years.
