ADVISORY/Olympic Pipe Line Company Community Education Public Forum in Renton To Address Pipeline Safety.

WHAT:    King County residents are invited to a public education fair
         and open house to interact with knowledgeable personnel on
         pipeline safety issues in their area, and get answers to
         questions directly from the Olympic Pipe Line Company
         management team.

         The Olympic Pipeline Safety and Information Fair will offer
         educational forums on pipeline safety, including information
         about the Olympic Pipeline system, comprehensive safety and
         integrity program, Health, Safety, Security and Environment
         (HSSE) program, and damage prevention program.  Olympic
         management team will be available to answer questions and
         provide additional information.

WHEN:    Thursday, November 20, 2003
         6 - 8 p.m.

WHERE:   Renton Community Center, Classroom B
         1715 Maple Valley Hwy
         Renton, WA  98055

WHO:     Olympic Pipe Line is an interstate pipeline system that
         transports gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel.  For more than
         thirty years Olympic Pipeline has served the fuel and
         transportation needs of Washington and Oregon.  The pipeline
         transports more than half of output of the four refineries
         in Washington and is the sole supplier of jet fuel to Sea-Tac
         International Airport, as well as a supplier to Portland
         International Airport.
