Olympic champion Sarah will be spreading holiday cheer and distributing toys to children at two area hospitals this Monday, December 23 as part of the Heroes for Health program.

In addition to skating and school, Sarah is involved in the GE Heroes for Health program. As part of this effort, she visits children in hospitals and takes time to thank the many health care professionals who have made such a positive difference in people's lives.

Heroes in the healthcare industry have touched her life in many positive ways including when her Mom, Amy, was diagnosed and treated for breast cancer and when her brother Matt was born premature. She hopes to study medicine and become a doctor.
