WHAT:   J Records super group O-TOWN hosts exclusive album listening -
        and chance to audition for stardom - event at your local Hard
        Rock Cafe.

        O-Town will personally introduce their new material from O2
        (which they've co-written) and sneak preview the hot video for
        the first single "These are the Days," which is blowing up at
        virtually every Top 40 station around the country.

        And, for those who have a dream to be a star like O-Town,
        bring your 60-second video audition tape to the event for the
        band to judge! The winner will receive a week long, all
        expenses paid scholarship to the Hard Rock Academy in Orlando,
        FL this summer. You must be at least 12 years old to submit an
        audition tape, and they will not be returned.

        Come early! Only the first 100 people will be able to enter
        the event.

        To add to the excitement, five lucky people will be chosen to
        perform their talents in front of O-Town at the event so make
        sure to bring your CD should you be selected.

        Founded in a strategic alliance with Hard Rock Cafe, Hard Rock
        Academy's mission is to provide education and instruction, and
        enrich the lives of music lovers of all ages, all styles of
        music, all skill levels, from amateurs to pre-professionals to
        professional musicians. The week long session includes vocal
        and dance training by some of the leading experts in the
        industry.
