ADVISORY/Nintendo of America and THQ Announce the Official Launch of WCW/NWO Revenge.


--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 30, 1998-- -0-

     WHAT:  Nintendo of America and THQ will mark the official launch
            of WCW/NWO Revenge game for the Nintendo 64, the most
            realistic wrestling title for the console today, on the
            top-rated weekly "WCW Monday Nitro" television show.

            The show will feature all the hottest superstars of the
            World Championship Wrestling and the New World Order,
            including:

            -- The program's cheerleaders, the Nitro Girls, dancing
               special routines with WCW/NWO Revenge game boxes on-air

            -- WCW announcers will wear custom-made WCW/NWO Revenge
               T-shirts throughout the show

            -- Announcers will promote the release of the game on-air

            -- Wrestling superstars will play the game on-air

     WHEN:  Monday, Nov. 2, 1998
            7:30 p.m. EST
            Airing on TNT's "WCW Monday Nitro" show at
            8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST
