   Cross-Country ElectricMOYO Journey Celebrates Artistic Expression
        Among Multicultural Youth Through New York-Based Events
                and Donation to "The Door" Youth Center

What:     ElectricMOYO is an interactive journey from Nissan designed
          to reach out to multicultural youth in 10 markets with the
          ideals of freedom, access and respect.  It is a traveling
          tour celebrating art, music and spoken-word, giving a voice
          to local opinion leaders, cultural trendsetters and artists.

Who:      Sypher1 is the ElectricMOYO MC, a young, African-American
          woman who represents the ideals of freedom, access and
          respect.  By trade, Sypher1 is a spoken-word artist who has
          been empowered with a highly customized Nissan Altima to
          tour the country and spread her positive messages through
          the use of local billboards, wild postings, radio ads and
          events in 10 major cities around the U.S.  Her journey began
          and can be followed at ElectricMOYO.com.

Events:   Wednesday, August 13 - Nuyourican Poetry Slam at Nuyourican
           Poetry Cafe
          7:00 - 10:00 p.m.
          Sypher1 will be performing along with many of the country's
           best word-smiths.

          Thursday, August 14 - Youth Artistic Workshop at "The Door"
           Youth Center
          12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
          Sypher1 hosts a poetry workshop for New York at-risk
           adolescents who are graduating from "The Door" youth
           development program.   She will guide them in creating
           their own work, as well as contributing to collaborative
           experiments in language.  Professional artists from the DJ,
           dance, creative writing, spoken-word, rap, photography,
           fashion, graphic arts and skateboarding communities will
           host discussions on their chosen fields and Sypher1 will
           present a $1,000 donation to "The Door" director of
           education, Joseph Collins, at the conclusion of the event.

           Wednesday, August 20 - Artist Mural Event at Fast Ashley's
           5:00 p.m. - midnight
           Sypher1 hosts a mural event where artists celebrate
            creativity.  Local New York artists, Smith and Cycle,
            contribute to a collaborative ElectricMOYO mural traveling
            to cities around the country.

           Other Events in the New York Area:
           In addition, Sypher1 will be making random stops around
           the New York area from August 11 - 22, so be on the lookout
           for her to pop up at the most unexpected places, such as:

           --  Harlem Week on Saturday, August 16. Sypher1 will have
               "Harlem on Her Mind" as she spreads her messages of
               freedom, access and respect at this arts and
               entertainment festival.

           --  Funk Master Flex Celebrity Car Show on Sunday, August
               17.  Sypher1 will re-define automotive customization
               with her tricked-out Altima, complete with a movie
               projector and dual turntables.

           --  Eric Roberson concert at SOB on Tuesday, August 19.
               Sypher1 will host and entertain the crowd with one of
               her original spoken-word pieces.
