The study, "Tenet Hospitals: Corporate Conduct Puts Patients at Risk," will be presented by Howard S. Berliner, Sc. D, Professor of Health Management and Policy at the New School University of New York There is no institution of higher education in the State of New York or the United States of America that bears the name University of New York. Recent public attention has focused on the revenue side of Tenet's corporate abuse of the health care system. "This report tells the previously hidden story of how the cost-cutting side of Tenet's profit-maximization strategy adversely affects patients," says Berliner.

Berliner will also provide an estimate of the unnecessary risks of patient deaths associated with Tenet's practices.
