The new Koret Foundation Critical Care and Clinical Center at Alameda
County Medical Center's Highland campus in Oakland will begin
providing services on May 31 and June 1.
8 A.M. MAY 31 -- Emergency department and operating room services will
be provided at the new facility beginning Memorial Day. Due to the
holiday schedule, new primary and specialty clinics will open the
following day.
Emergency patients may be dropped off at the new Emergency entrance on
E. 31st St., next to the old Emergency entrance.
Patient Parking -- A new parking structure located at E. 31st St. and
14th Ave. will be open to the public on May 31. During the day
patients and visitors will enter the garage at its 14th Ave. entrance
and at night and on weekends will enter at the E 31st St. entrance.
JUNE 1 -- The following services will be provided in the new Koret
Center and will begin at their usual weekday hours:
-- All Highland Primary Care Clinics
-- Adult General Medicine and Geriatrics
-- Maternal/Child Health
-- Women's Urgent Care
-- All Highland Specialty Clinics except Nuclear Medicine
-- Imaging
-- Outpatient
-- Ultrasound
-- Outpatient Pharmacy
