WHAT: Cardinal Mahony will be joined by Councilmember Jan Perry,
LADWP and religious leaders to unveil a new 66kW solar system
at all-new Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels and kick-off
of interfaith Green Eternal Light Program in churches,
synagogues and mosques throughout the city. The latest
addition to LADWP's Solar Incentive Program will generate
enough clean renewable electricity to power about 66 homes,
and will be the largest solar installation of a religious-
affiliated facility in the city of Los Angeles, among the
largest of its kind in the nation.
