WHO &
WHAT        Executives from New Boston Fund, a premier real estate
            investment, development and management firm in Boston,
            will join Rocky Hill, Conn., town leaders in a topping-off
            ceremony to celebrate the expansion of the fourth wing at
            500 Enterprise Drive, a 250,000-square foot building in
            Rocky Hill. The commercial building, built in 1987 and
            home to companies such as Cingular Wireless and Zurich
            Insurance, will expand by an additional 60,000 square feet
            on speculative development, making it one of the few spec
            projects in Connecticut.

            Officials will announce that a company has leased 45,000
            new square feet of space at the site, while the remaining
            15,000 square feet will be available for leasing. New
            Boston Fund President Jerry Rappaport Jr. will offer
            insight and expertise about New Boston Fund's role in the
            project, discuss the state of real estate locally and
            nationally, and describe the firm's launch of Fund VI, a
            $350 million closed-end, commingled investment fund. Rocky
            Hill Mayor Barbara Surwilo and Town Manager Barbara
            Gilbert will participate as special guests.
