    WHY: The CSX Opening is the first event of NAA's Spring
Conference, where corporate CEOs will strategize on increasing the
presence of American Latinos serving on corporate boards in the U.S.
and the benefit of diversity in upper levels of corporate governance
and management. Although 13 percent of the U.S. population is Latino,
they only hold 1.8 percent of corporate board posts. "Considering the
strength of the buying power of the growing American Latino market,
estimated at $600 billion dollars, increased American Latino
representation in national leadership is a good and imperative
business decision", indicated Moctesuma Esparza, New America Alliance
Chair of the Board.

The Chicago Stock Exchange was founded May 15, 1882 and is the third most active stock exchange in terms of share and trade volume. The CHX is the strongest force for competition to all U.S. markets. The CHX trades more than 3,500 NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ and CHX-exclusive issues.
