                2000 conference in New York City at the Hilton New
                York & Towers the week of June 12.

                  At the Streaming Media East conference, Network
                Appliance will discuss the latest trends in streaming
                media and the wireless Internet. Network Appliance
                will address both from a technical perspective, plus
                touch on its vision for each industry and what future
                advances consumers can come to expect. In addition,

                demonstrate these newly developed trends.
