What:    Network Appliance, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise
         network storage solutions, will host Dinner Talk, a social
         event for media, in Hannover, Germany.

         Dinner Talk will be a meal filled with informal and personal
         discussions between the journalists and Andreas Konig, vice
         president of Central Europe at Network Appliance, and
         Johannes Kunz, marketing director EMEA at Network Appliance.

         This dinner is NOT at CeBIT 2003. Shuttles will be taking
         reporters from CeBIT 2003 at the entrance of Hall North 1 at
         6:15 p.m. and 6:35 p.m. to Restaurant Basil.
