                          The seminar will highlight the diversity of
                          soils in the Napa Valley and offer a range
                          of 2002 vintage Cabernet Sauvignons -- from
                          different sites throughout the Napa Valley
                          -- to dramatize the viticulture and
                          winemaking possibilities. Barrel samples
                          will be tasted and compared. Panelists are
                          Paula Kornell, general manager, Oakville
                          Ranch Vineyards; Sara Fowler, winemaker,
                          Franciscan; and, Kimberlee Nicholls,
                          winemaker, Markham Vineyards.

         3:00-5:30 p.m.   Private Tasting for Wine Trade and Press

                          65 Napa Valley vintners will be pouring
                          their current releases.
